My name is Gary (he/him). I’m a mental health counselor who partners with LGBTQIA+ adults to help them live authentic and fulfilling sexual, spiritual, and relational lives.

As therapist and client, we lean into rather than shy away from difficult topics and conversations. Some areas of clinical interest include:

  • LGBTQIA+ issues

  • Sexual and gender identity, orientation, and expression

  • Sexual concerns and “dysfunctions”

  • Relationship issues

  • Financial stress and money-related values conflicts

  • Religious trauma

  • Unpacking purity culture

  • Faith or spiritual growth and (re)engagement

Our work is effective when my expertise and insight meets your commitment to therapy, wisdom from lived experience, and personal strengths. We work to address your needs through collaboration, flexibility in how we work on goals, utilizing your strengths, and building upon what’s already going well.
